- Fixed IP addresses – RapidHi-band comes with 8 fixed IP addresses as standard.

How much does Rapid Hi-Band cost?
When you first apply for RapidHi-Band, there is a one off connection charge. This price depends on whether you wish the service to be installed with a new line or if you wish to upgrade an existing service line. Please note that an existing telephony service line with or without ADSL can be upgraded to SDSL but with the loss of the existing services carried.

You will also need to rent or purchase router when you install RapidHi-Band.
Routers can be bought or rented from Jersey Telecom or supplied by a third party. Please contact our Business Solutions Team for more information about the products we supply and the available configuration services.
If you choose to rent a router, Enhanced Care support and basic management by engineers in our dedicated Network Operations Centre is included in the rental price. As a certified Cisco Service Provider, Jersey Telecom is proud to provide customers with Cisco Support Services to protect all Cisco equipment, including RapidHi-Band routers.
