Charges quoted are per minute. Calls have a minimum charge of one minute, with 60 second increments thereafter. Rates quoted apply to calls made to both fixed geographic and mobile numbers. Non geographic calls (including premium rate numbers), non terrestrial and satelite calls have operator specific charges and are not included within the rate card shown. *Text messages can be sent to any destination. **Charges are quoted per megabyte (MB). All data usage is charged in 10 kilobyte (KB) incriments with differing innitial charging incriments for pepper/internet and BlackBerry connections. No Roaming Charges in the Channel Islands and Isle of Man
'Roam Like Home' is our service for pay monthly customers visiting Guernsey and the Isle of Man. All calls, texts, data and unlimited local BlackBerry usage will be the same as at home. There will be NO roaming charges.
All charges incurred whilst roaming will be charged to your normal mobile monthly bill within 90 days of the event and will be identified separately as roamed calls. In some countries network operators may apply further charges.
Data Services
Many of our operators offer both 2G and 3G data services. Charges are quoted per megabyte (MB). All data usage is charged in 10 kilobyte (KB) incriments with initial charging increments for pepper/internet of 100KB and 50KB for BlackBerry data. BlackBerry Data
‘BlackBerry data’ applies to BlackBerry browsing, email, instant messaging and remote clandar access via the blackberry.net APN. Charging for this usage will be at the data rates shown within the rate card; with the exception of maniland UK, where a 6MB allowance per user, per month applies. Any BlackBerry data usage above 6MB in the UK will be charged at standard rates.
All pepper/internet usage (including 3rd part applications and pepper/WAP browsing) will be charged and standard rates and are not included within a users 6MB UK allowance.
