In January 2003, Jersey Telecom became a fully incorporated private company that is wholly owned by the States of Jersey. The Jersey Telecom Group was formed and quickly expanded into the Guernsey market by opening Wave Telecom.
Jersey Telecom and Wave Telecom are the two main trading companies of the Jersey Telecom Group Ltd.
